Les Simmonds enjoys photographing Australian landscapes, Sydney Harbour, seascapes, sports and people.

During his leisure time in the early 1990s Les was photographer for the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust. He enjoyed photographing sports action, the fun among the action on the SCG Hill and climbing onto a grandstand roof to photograph a day/night cricket match with a beautiful after sunset glow in the sky.

Les had four photos exhibited at the State Library of NSW during a major sports photographic exhibition where he was one of only three living photographers exhibited.

Many of his calming landscapes/seascapes and sports action photos have been purchased for corporate offices throughout Australia.
